What we collect
When you browse the website, your browser automatically sends some technical information, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you open and the website that referred you. We use it only in anonymised form, to count visits and to see which pages and cars are most popular. We do not use it to identify you, we do not build profiles, and we never sell it.
When you contact us by phone, WhatsApp, Viber or email, we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, phone number, your message and the car or service you are interested in. We use them only to answer you and to provide the service you asked for.
We do not offer user accounts, newsletters or online payments on this website.
Cookies
We do not set cookies for visitors: no advertising, tracking or analytics cookies.
The map on our pages is provided by Google. When the map loads, Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies; Google's privacy policy applies to that information.
Why we use your information

Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your information. It is only shared where needed: with the companies that host, protect and support this website, with the messaging service you choose to contact us through, and with public authorities when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Anonymised visit statistics are kept for up to 25 months. Messages and enquiries are kept only as long as needed to deal with them, and longer only where the law requires, for example for sales and tax records.
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, to limit how we use it, or object to its use. To do so, contact us using the details below. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Personal Data Protection Agency of North Macedonia.
Children
This website is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information about them.
